Return Process

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all cables, remotes, power adapters, and manuals to ensure full credit eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the outside of the box and ship the package through a trackable carrier to our designated service center.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
